BigTravel.in sells digital travel guides and bundles. There is no physical shipping. Guides, accounts, checkout and downloads are provided on our shop at shop.bigtravel.in; this site (bigtravel.in) is the editorial magazine.
Delivery Time
Most digital orders are delivered instantly after successful payment confirmation. Delays may occur because of gateway confirmation, server issues, internet issues, email delays, or fraud checks.
No Physical Shipping
No printed guide, courier package, or physical product is shipped. Shipping charges do not apply unless a future physical product is clearly offered.
Download Problems
If you cannot access a purchased guide, email bigtraveldesk@gmail.com with your registered email, order ID, product name, and screenshot.
